In brief
Try free first, then subscribe with a 7-day money-back promise. If we cannot get UK IPTVs working for you within 7 days of payment, you get a full refund.
Before you pay
Every new customer can take the free 24-hour trial to check channels and picture quality on their own telly and broadband.
When you can claim
Any plan length and any number of screens: if your login never arrives, or the service does not work and we cannot fix it, ask for a refund within 7 days of payment.
When refunds do not apply
- Changing your mind after using the service normally.
- Purchases made inside third-party player apps.
- Problems caused only by your own device, Wi-Fi or broadband provider.
- Accounts suspended for breaking the terms.
None of this affects your statutory rights.
How to claim
Use the contact form, choose "Billing", and include the email address you ordered with. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
